Who we are
This website is operated by Pinpoint Golf, selling golf ball markers direct to customers in the UK. By using this site and ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
Our products
Markers are made in Scotland and finished by hand, so small variations in antiquing, enamel and finish are normal and are not faults. Photographs on this site are of actual markers. Dimensions are given as 30 mm across and 4 mm thick, with a small tolerance either way.
Prices
Markers are £10.00 each. We reserve the right to change prices, but a price we have confirmed to you by email will be honoured for that order.
Ordering and payment
There is no checkout on this site. Orders are arranged by email: you tell us what you would like, and we confirm availability, the total and how to pay before anything is sent. A contract is formed when we confirm your order, not when you send the enquiry. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock.
Delivery
We post UK-wide. We will confirm delivery timescales and any delivery charge with you by email before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancelling and returns
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Tell us by email. Goods should come back in a resaleable condition, and unless they are faulty you pay the return postage. We will refund you within 14 days of getting them back. None of this affects your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Custom designs
Custom and personalised designs are made to your specification. Because they are made to order, the 14-day right to change your mind does not apply to them, though your rights if an item is faulty are unaffected. We will confirm the artwork with you before production begins.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
This website
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The designs, text and photographs on this site belong to Pinpoint Golf and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law, and disputes may be brought in the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
